TON DEL ROS is a rose young wine with a modern style according to current trends. Merlot single varietal, where the fleshines in the mouth and a balanced alcoholic sweetness stand out. Refreshing and easy to drink. Short maceration, minimum color extraction.
Appearance: Pale, onion skin appearance with violet tones.
Nose: Aromàtic herbs and red fruits aromas.
Palante: Fresh and dry. Greedy and elegant.
TON DEL ROS is a vineyard planted at the heart of our cellar Casa Ravella. Its name honours the sharecropper who achieved the perfect acclimatization of the merlot grape into our characteristic terroir,Typical of the ” Muntanyes d´Ordal” region, characterizes by having clay-loam and permeable soil, over a limestone foundation with low organic matter content.
