Sparkling wine made according to the traditional method, from the Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties, thus representing the essential and characteristic of a land. Crystalline, elegant, with a small bubble and well integrated. “No additives”. Purely Brut Nature.
Appearance: Golden look, luminous and elegant appearance with fine bubbles.
Nose: Aromatic persistence.
Palante: Fully dry, Brut Nature. Truly delicious
A true representation of the characteristics and essence of the calcareous lands from which it comes. Typical of the ”Muntanyes d´Ordal” region, characterizes by having clay-loam and permeable soil, over a limestone foundation with low organic matter content .
